Peacefulaeflame provides furniture and decor rental services for celebrations and events in London and surrounding areas. Our services include consultation, delivery, setup, and collection of rental items.
All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified in your quote. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Prices are quoted in British Pounds and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in your rental agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the collection date as specified in your agreement. Extensions may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
You are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all rented items during the rental period. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, allowing for normal wear and tear.
You are liable for any damage to or loss of rental items beyond normal wear and tear. Charges for damage or loss will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs. Optional damage protection is available.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation relative to your event date. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific terms.
Delivery and setup times are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to meet scheduled times but cannot be held liable for delays.
Peacefulaeflame is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or rental items. Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
