This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the return of rented furniture and decor items from Peacefulaeflame. As a rental service, our policy differs from traditional retail return policies.
All rented items must be returned on the agreed collection date specified in your rental agreement. Our team will collect the items from your venue at the scheduled time. You are not required to transport items back to our facility.
Items should be returned in the same condition as delivered, allowing for reasonable wear and tear from normal use during your event. Please ensure:
If you wish to return items before the scheduled collection date, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Early collection may be arranged subject to availability, but rental fees are not prorated for early returns.
Items not available for collection at the scheduled time may incur additional rental charges. Late fees are calculated on a daily basis. Please contact us immediately if you need to extend your rental period.
Upon collection, our team will inspect all items. If damage beyond normal wear and tear is identified, or if items are missing, you will be notified and charges may apply based on:
Optional damage protection is available at the time of booking. This coverage reduces or eliminates your liability for accidental damage during the rental period. Please inquire about damage protection when making your reservation.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
If you receive items that are defective or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost. This must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
In cases of extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent delivery or collection, we will work with you to reschedule. Rental periods may be adjusted accordingly.
Basic cleaning of items before collection is appreciated but not required. Professional cleaning is included in your rental fee. However, excessive soiling or staining may result in additional cleaning charges.
If you disagree with any charges assessed for damage or late return, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the invoice. We will review your case and work toward a fair resolution.
